Over the past couple of years, I have been relying on the Internet more and more when it comes to making the preparations for my trips (in addition to many other things in my life). At first, I solely used the Internet to look for information on the places that I was planning to visit. Over time, I eventually started to use the Internet to compare prices on airline flights for my trips. As time continued to go on, I expanded this into also using the Internet to compare prices on hotel rooms. Although the role of the Internet continued to play a larger role in my travel preparation, I still used the telephone and other methods to complete the rest of my travel arrangements. At least that was true until my most recent trip.

I am very happy to say that for my most recent trip, which was to London, I was able to book one hundred percent of my trip on-line. Although I had a lot of experience with different aspects of on-line travel preparation, I was still somewhat nervous about making one hundred percent of my arrangements on-line. However, I am glad I went ahead and did it, because things could not have gone more smoothly. In addition to fully booking my flight and hotel room on-line, I also did the same with my Victoria Station car rental. I know this was my first time to completely book a trip on-line, but I am already looking forward to doing it again in the future (and looking forward to how much time it will save me).
